Finally, I found a mattress pad suitable for my king-size bed. This product is very well-made. I had no problems when ordering it. From ordering to tracking to shipping to assembly, everything went smoothly. Also, this store's service is very transparent, as they inform me about the progress. For example, this store didn't hesitate to call me to let me know that my order had already shipped. Unfortunately, the delivery was a bit slow. :( That's not the only complaint. I found it difficult to tuck the sheets and blankets under the mattress. That's why I'm always lazy when it comes to putting on new sheets. But overall, I'm super happy with this product.
